This class is designed to target getting stronger in our compound movements while building an engine and working under fatigue. This is a more advanced class but is definitely accessible and adaptable to all levels.
This is normally a full body session with plenty of high intense work (suited to the classes capabilities! We try and improve running and conditioning in this class and sets the weekend off on a good steadÂ
