Group Classes at Elite Evolution

Our weekly classes are designed to push you, support you, and bring out your best — no matter your fitness level.

Led by two expert coaches, every session is packed with energy, encouragement, and that Elite Evo community feel.

Tues 6pm

Circuits

This class is for all levels and definitely a a fan favourite which kicks the week off with a great atmosphere and community vibe. With traditional circuit style its all down to how hard you push yourself.

Thurs 6pm

Strength & Conditioning

This class is designed to target getting stronger in our compound movements while building an engine and working under fatigue. This is a more advanced class but is definitely accessible and adaptable to all levels.

Sat 9:00am

Elite Class

This is normally a full body session with plenty of high intense work (suited to the classes capabilities! We try and improve running and conditioning in this class and sets the weekend off on a good steadÂ
