About me:
I’ve always been drawn to endurance training and pushing my limits. Over time, I found a real passion for combining strength work with HYROX-style training—it’s the perfect balance of power, stamina, and mental resilience. Seeing others push themselves and achieve their goals really motivates me, and that’s what inspired me to take the leap into becoming a personal trainer. I want to help people feel stronger, more confident, and comfortable in themselves while reaching goals they didn’t think were possible.

About Me:
With a background in competitive dance and cross country, I’ve always loved staying active. After studying dance in Edinburgh for three years, my passion has grown into a deeper interest in how exercise supports women’s hormonal health. I’m fascinated by the female body and excited to build a career helping women feel strong and confident, and helping people understand their bodies.
